“Voiced by Ralph” ?! WTF?! I thought she was a real person. If this is true, then DAMN that Ralph is good! I thought she a real comedian, similar to Wanda Sykes but lesser known. Unlike Ralph’s other characters, I never heard her go out of character.

Me too. I’ve been asking around if she was real or if Ralph is really that good. I would love to see a video of him doing Loquecia. When I heard she was a hairdresser I accepted she was a real person. I’m very impressed to say the least.

Uh…they don’t call him “Man of a 1,000” voices for nothing! Ever hear of a voice changer?!?
BTW did you guys know that “gullible” isn’t in the dictionary….?

I knew it was Ralph, but I wonder if they raise the pitch of his voice like when they have him do animal voices, like cats.

Loquecia is a real person. The segment is not done by Ralph.
